Linden's orifice cartridge allows orifices, needles and o-rings to be inserted and removed as a complete assembly reducing the downtime required for orifice maintenance. The threaded cartridge can be easily secured/removed by turning a single large housing nut. This design is to superior to other cartridge designs that utilize four small bolts that can easily be covered/glued by isocyanate.

The adjustable cartridge features an external locking nut that adjusts the travel of the needle, orifice opening and thus mixing pressure.
