Linden introduced a line of Automolder turntables for polyurethane molding.  Ideal for small to mid-size molds, Automolder turntables are available in table diameters of 8 to 34 feet and can be used for "pour-on-the-fly" molding or for indexing applications.

The Automolder is equipped with an AC variable speed drive with encoder that provides unlimited station positioning and allows for smooth acceleration and deceleration.

All sizes and models include a flat, steel deck surface for mold/mold carrier mounting, chain drives, edge skirting, continuous rotation or indexing capabilities, adjustable support rollers, and electronics for maximum programming flexibility.

Automolder options include electronic communications between the moving table and the metering machine, 360 degree swivels for plant air and water supply to the table surface, table-mounted ring lines for air and water distribution, and power distribution commutator assemblies.

Rotary table weight capacities start at 250 pounds, and for larger applications, Type RTF turntables will handle loads of up to 60 tons.
