Environmentally safe operator friendly, the EZ-Coat system was developed by Linden Industries to dispense coatings with reduced need for solvents.

Licensee for the Exclusive UNICARB® VOC Reduction Process.

This advanced process utilizes carbon dioxide as the carrier and atomizing agent. Since CO2 is naturally present in the atmosphere and not considered environmentally hazardous, it provides the ideal choice for finishers desiring to reduce VOCs. In addition, EZ-Coat offers a potential one-coat spraying process with high solids content. Coatings with viscosities of up to 500,000 cps can be processed.

Designed for Versatility

Whether your needs dictate a small, portable lab unit or a high usage production model, Linden offers an EZ-Coat system that’s ideal for your specific application. Self-contained units require only 220VAC electrical power, shop air, and CO2 connection.

Features include flow monitoring and consumption for coatings and CO2, automatic loading for continuous operation, and coating chase capability decreasing the need to flush between compatible materials. Units may be equipped with multiple manual, automatic, and/or electrostatic spray guns. Each spray gun is available with a wide variety of fan patterns.
