Linden takes its environmental responsibilities very seriously. For this reason we take great pride in our Froth-EX CO2 Injection Unit. The Froth-EX replaces blowing agents such as HCFC with carbon dioxide thus reducing environmental hazards in the atmosphere.

This man/machine interface, stand-alone unit accurately meters liquid carbon dioxide for mixing and dispensing through a uniquely engineered, L-Type mix head. Backed by a PLC-based microprocessor, the operator-friendly, user-interface panel provides programming and monitoring ease. Adjustable output ranges are available between 8-30 grams per second.

Available for use on new or existing equipment.

The Froth-EX unit offers integration on new equipment, or operates as a free-standing, self-contained system for adaptation to existing machinery.

The control system allows flow pre-setting in gr./sec. in the host metering unit.
