At the Fall API Conference in Orlando, Florida, Linden Industries introduced a new software to collect and analyze production data and metrics from multiple plants worldwide with GlobalProcessVu. This new software technology evolved from Linden's MicroProcessVu program.

MicroProcesVu was designed to provide the metrics and data analysis tools to support a Six Sigma, QS or ISO manufacturing environment.  The software was originally designed to monitor and provide data and tools to improve polyurethane processing lines. Linden customers immediately realized the benefit of this technology and the applications for the software expanded beyond polyurethane processing to the conveyors, molds, robots and all the equipment integrated into the line.

The new software developments are a natural progression of good technology. GlobalProcessVu captures data from multiple plants. The data is organized and served in meaningful way showing what is really happening in a manufacturing work-cell. Processes can be compared and best practices shared.
