Metal-to-metal seat valves are utilized in polyurethane processing to switch from high to low pressure or between multiple mixheads.  By circulating material at low pressure, pump and equipment life are extended, energy costs are reduced, and temperature control is improved.

Linden switching valves are recommended for multi-station ring lines where multiple mixheads are linked to a single metering machine.  Equipped with 3-way porting, the flow through design provides low pressure circulation or high pressure flow through the mixhead.
