The Micro-Innovator™ high pressure metering machine is based on a standardized, modular design principle that allows the inclusion of additional features.

Designed to accurately meter two-component, unfilled, reactive chemical systems, the Micro-Innovator controls temperatures, mixes and dispenses components at high pressures.

The Micro-Innovator is adaptable to many production environments and can be programmed to interface with molding conveyors, turntables, or stationary mold clamps, robots, etc. Micro-Innovator features enable processing of material viscosities from 5 - 3,000 cps.

Available in 2 models with output ranging from 10-100 gm/s, the Micro-Innovator’s metering accuracy is typically ±1%. Mixing pressures of 3,000 PSI are standard.

The Micro-Innovator’s electronic system is equipped with Linden’s worldwide proven HOTLINE™ Modem Service Support System. This feature enables us to perform remote data analysis permitting assistance with processing problems or questions. In addition, the HOTLINE™ system allows us to upload or download the PLC program if necessary.
