The software is designed for both stand-alone metering machines or can be integrated into a production line with multiple mix heads. The software monitors the status of the entire line including the metering machine, mold carriers, mold temperature for both lid and cavity, mold hydraulics and vacuum system. Robotic integration is also available.

The 3rd generation development of Micro ProcessVu™ focused on providing the operator easy to use tools to improve product quality and reduce downtime. The software provides a snapshot of every shot – the duration, pressure, temperature and flow. Process deviation tolerances are set so that any time a shot is out of the predefined parameter, an alarm is activated. The screens are graphical with visual alarm conditions. Setup and reporting are through wizard interfaces providing intuitive functionality.
