PSM 700 varicontrol

Universal machine for spraying purposes, for elastomer and foam applications. The small high-pressure-unit for a large application field. Metering by pulse free vertical piston cylinders, mixing according to the counter flow injection principle. No solvent is needed.

Construction

Compact mobile high-pressure spray-unit with hydraulic drive.

Mixing ratio adjustable 1:1 up to Max 1:4/4:1

Direct control and indication of mixing ratio.

Individual component adjusted heating 0-99°C/32-210°F.

Mixing Head

The flushless head is fully automatic self-cleaning (no solvent flushing). Its conception without joint rings works with practically no servicing. A periodic cleaning is not needed.
