Linden mixheads incorporate unique alloys, precision machining, and specialized surface treatment of critical components. As a result, Linden mixheads offer uncompromising accuracy and reliability.

Mixhead Warranties

Each Linden mixhead warranty is based upon the systems that will be ran in the mixhead and mixhead material selection. Warranties range from 30,000 shots for highly abrasive systems up to 1,000,000 shots depending upon the application.

Self-Cleaning

The control plunger evacuates all material from the mixing chamber as the mixhead closes. Precision tolerances between the control plunger and housing ensure that material does not build-up and impact the mix head’s performance.

Multi-Component Capabilities

Linden offers standard 2 and 3-stream straight-type mixheads. Custom mixheads with 4 or more components are available.

Hydraulically Controlled Orifices

All Linden mixheads can be fitted with hydraulically adjustable orifices that allow for on-the-fly changes in ratios, densities, and component streams.
