Suitable for most polyurethane applications, the TRI-C from Linden accurately meters and dispenses color pigments and/or dyes at high pressure.

The TRI-C Unit is a portable unit that houses a self-contained, paint pressure pot and a precision gear metering pump or a servo-controlled cylinder (depending upon application). PLC-controlled flows are metered with less than 1% variation. A safety relief valve and high-pressure switch ensures over pressure protection.

The metered output is continuously circulated through a groove type mixhead.

Accuracy is maintained at all levels

In the stand-by mode, recirculation is maintained through the mix head, assuring accurate temperature and homogenous material. During high-pressure recirculation, monitoring sensors verify proper pour pressure.
