Quality Craft Machine (QCM) is the value brand of Linden Polyurethane. Intended specifically for distributors and OEMs, QCM provides a variety of new and used mix heads for sale as well as switching valves and precision machining services.
QCM Mix Heads
QCM manufactures both standard and custom-engineered mix heads for polyurethane processing. We offer high-pressure mix heads, low-pressure components for mix heads, and all of the components required to support them. This includes orifices, needles, nozzles, and seal kits.

QCM Switching Valves
Quality Craft Machine is pleased to offer switching valves to switch between different mix heads or high to low pressure. These are the ideal replacement for high maintenance, air-operated ball valves due to the reliability of the metal-to-metal seal. QCM seat valves can be used with both filled and unfilled systems to substantially reduce downtime. Custom sizes can be manufactured to your specifications.

QCM engineers are set up to assist you with your next custom machining project. Specializing in high-tolerance machining, we can accommodate both large and small volumes at competitive prices.
